Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat Box Office Collection Day 11: Harshvardhan Rane’s romantic musical drama Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is running strong at the box office. The film has now completed 11 days in theatres and continues to attract audiences even in its second week. After crossing its budget within just three days, the movie is now racing ahead of other recent releases like Thamma.
A Romantic Comeback for Harshvardhan Rane
The film stars Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa in lead roles. Despite getting mixed reviews from critics, the movie has managed to strike an emotional chord with fans—especially those who still remember Rane’s character Inder from Sanam Teri Kasam. After a gap of nearly nine years, his return to the big screen has truly paid off.
On its release day, several shows across major cities were nearly full. The strong word of mouth helped Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat sustain well through the weekdays and perform exceptionally over the weekend.
Box Office Numbers So Far
The film opened with an impressive ₹10.10 crore on Day 1. It collected ₹8.88 crore on Day 2 and ₹7 crore on Day 3. By the end of the first week, the total had reached ₹55.15 crore.
On its 10th day (Saturday), it added another ₹2.65 crore, and now the Day 11 collections are in too. The film earned around ₹1.71 crore on Sunday, taking the total domestic collection to ₹56.86 crore.
‘Deewaniyat’ Overtakes ‘Thamma’
Interestingly, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has now overtaken Thamma, which collected ₹1.98 crore on its 11th day and has a total of ₹110.38 crore. While Thamma remains the bigger hit overall, Deewaniyat’s consistency and audience love make it a winner in its own zone.
Directed by Milap Zaveri and co-written with Mushtaq Sheikh, the film has been produced by Desi Movies Factory.
