The story follows a college girl named Kaitlyn Santa Juana. She finds out that she has a strange power—she can see the future, just like her grandmother did in 1968 when she saw a tower collapse before it happened. Now, Kaitlyn must try to save her family after Death starts killing them one by one. They were never meant to be alive, and now Death is coming for them.

The movie also stars Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd.
